Fiduciary status is based on the functions performed for the plan, not just a person’s title. If you are a member of a plan’s administrative committee, select members to be on the committee or even carry out decisions given to you by the plan trustees, you are a fiduciary.

One Hour Fiduciary Education Certificate will be provided for all attendees.
